Number 1 Grade: clear heartwood, maximum 20% flat grain
Number 2 Grade: lower half is clear, flat and cross grains allowed, tight knots and defects allowed in upper half

Thickness: 5/8-inch medium butt thickness, 3/4-inch heavy butt thickness, 7/8-ich extra heavy butt thickness Special custom thickness available upon request
